Pros

good networking and ability to transfer to different positions until you find one that is best for you. Average amount of work for positions held.

Cons

On constant alert for managers and supervisors looking over your shoulder, and there is often high levels of micro management.

Pros

It is training program to help participants be trained and collect new skills to prepare us for new careers and new directions. I am disabled, using a wheelchair, making it otherwise difficult to fine gainful employment.

Cons

I really do not find any thing to complain about. I am just very happy to be working part time, that allows me to continue my benefits. I could never hope to pay for the doctors, and medications on my own at all.
