Pros

A great company with great people. who are dedicated to the company's mission.

Cons

This organization is still trying to reinvent themselves as the 50 plus are not retiring and products and services need to be revamped. I think they are doing this and the benefit will be geat.

Pros

You learn new systems & job skills that you would have missed out on. The big thing is feeling of giving back to the work force when you're older & no wants to give you a chance.

Cons

Low hours per week & the hourly rate could be somewhat better. Possibly based on the job training you receive depending on the job
