Pros

This is a good program for senior citizens who are looking for a job or re-entering the workforce to take under consideration for training and personal growth.

Cons

I feel that the host agencies that participate with the company are not geared to the specific qualifications of participants, e.g., retired teacher is sent to a host agency, whereby, she/he will stand on their feet all day or help chop meat for host site.
