Pros

Decent salary, benefits. Some departments do believe in work life balance, others not so much...

Cons

A lot of working in silos. Movement is constant. This can be good so hoping that going forward the constant change of ideas, branding and personal is a positive.

Pros

The company is opening doors for the senior community. Helping with experience and resume enhancing opportunities .

Cons

The drawback as I see it is no matter the position you only receive minimum wage. However, minimum wage is better than no wage or working without getting paid I. e. volunteering.
