Pros

Smart employees who seemingly care about what they are doing. Excellent facilities, in a great part of our nation's capital.

Cons

Very obvious hierarchy, sometimes impacts people's ability to get necessary work done in a timely manner. Sometimes feel like a cog in the machine.

Pros

- Nice benefits, 3 weeks of vacation to start - Great mission, can feel good about work you're doing - Nice offices, nice location with lots of restaurants - Great cafeteria

Cons

- No innovation, employees have been their for a long time and want to do things the same way - Everyone gets incentive bonus regardless of performance - Seem afraid to let anyone go, no one ever gets fired so good people leave and they're stuck with incompetence - If you stay too long, you get "institutionalized" and it's hard to leave - Business model won't survive, do too many programs mediocre instead of a couple programs well
