Pros

All access to resources that will be helpful as I will be 50 someday, tuition assistance program, participating in Day of Service and the people. Great people to spend 8 hours of your day with.

Cons

The downside was when they changed the policy on snow days. They used to follow the Federal government policy. But soon after the big snow storm we had a couple years ago , they decided to change the policy. It really isn't a big deal when you have leave available to take a snow day.
