Pros

Easy place to work. They're basically selling products to their members.

Cons

No communication from mgmt. Very tenure driven. Lots of back-stabbing people.

Pros

Good work life balance. The organization does positive work which is something that either makes you feel good or neutral. Hours of work are pretty light compared with many places. Opportunities to move around the organization and some great people.

Cons

Culture of decision by committee can make accomplishing things quite difficult and cause an unusual amount of meetings. Change for that is in the works but may take a long time.
