Misdirected Leadership

Business Outlook

Pros

Strong mission focus for the 50 plus population. Great office space and flexibility to work from home.

Cons

Silo leadership and poor management in the majority of departments. Liberal remote policy of work from home days on Monday and Friday, with in some departments to have a third floating work from home day makes it hard to have true matrix team performance. Woke work culture and in many cases lots of talk and little to show in terms of actual work impact.

Pros

-Amazing benefits overall -"For the greater good" organization -A lot of extras -Some amazing people

Cons

-Speak a lot on DEI, non-retaliation, process, procedure... but do not act in the same way -Do not follow their own in-house guidelines -Retaliation still exists despite full rework to eliminate the possibility -Caution on team - some teams are run very well, open communication, resources, sharing knowledge, etc. while others are run with competitiveness and micromanagement
