Pros

Great benefits; strong and worthy mission

Cons

This organization allows its managers to abuse and traumatize employees. Their HR department serves as a collaborator in the abuse. In one office, managers have repeatedly caused harm, yet nothing is done about it - instead, this behavior is rewarded.

Cons

- corporate structure can take an extremely long time to turn around anything - communication plan was muddy at best - government affairs lacked a clear heading
