Pros

The organization has a lot of resources and the mission is something everyone can get behind - making life better for people over 50.

Cons

It's hard to advance and the organization itself is so regimented and top down that there's not a real sense of participation from all employees.

Not a great place for the American worker

Pros

Named one of Computerworld's 2016 List of 100 Best Places to Work in IT. Inconceivable!

Cons

The advocate for the American worker outsourced its entire IT department to an Indian company in 2013 and 2014 in a desperate attempt at cost cutting. Hundreds of American workers suffered because leadership couldn't find efficiencies through better focus, productivity, and smarter decisions. The budget problem was mostly caused by a classic ERP implementation failure. A typical series of events that bankrupts many companies. But none of the decision makers behind it suffered as much as the IT workers who weren't even involved.
