Pros

Great Mission, desire for innovation, organization invests in their employees, the offer excellent benefits, they are flexible in where and how work gets accomplished.

Cons

Long commute for me, but location ideal for many as well as the right location for the work we do. Building under renovation. Can't wait for it to be complete.

Pros

Mission of organization is great. Good benefits. Financially stable non profit. Work-Life balance can be achieved. If you stay focused you can do good work.

Cons

The best part of AARP has been lost. The spirit of the people to serve its members and managements commitment to staff has wean. Too much focus on superficial things. Looking good. Presenting well. Staff have on masks to fit in.
