Pros

The work environment is nice, I didn't find it stressful at all. The benefits were pretty standard for professional jobs. The organization is professional and is a good place to learn.

Cons

The only con I had was during my tenure there was a lot of restructuring going on. This was the second restructure in a few years and it made a lot of people nervous.

Pros

Great program! Participants get exposure and support in terms of working for, or, networking with potential employers. From this "spring board", non-supported employment becomes easier and achievable.

Cons

Sometimes, personalities prevail over program.
