      Pros

      Great benefits, Great opportunity to make A LOT of money, and Great work environment (not for the faint of heart; only a great work environment if you can handle the pressures of the position). This is a job where you are 100% responsible for your performance and productivity. You are given a hospital to fill and you are required to fill it within a certain time frame. How do you do that? "Pick up the phone and start dialing!"

      Cons

      When you start it is "sink or swim". No real training program or consistent support. Staffing Federal facilities comes with a list a difficulties and many things happen that are out of your control. You may be an amazing recruiter butl may find difficulties in recruiting Physicians for a federal facility.

      Pros

      From the very first interview with Travis, my 2nd interview with the sales team and the job shadow, I felt like I was set up for success from the very beginning. Each interview went into detail about the hard parts of this job but also why this opportunity is a great next step in my career! It has followed through exactly how they described it and I have loved talking to clinicians every day to help them find jobs!

      Cons

      Training, you get straight out to the floor so it is a lot of learning by doing/shadowing which I enjoy! It is a lot of information but they prepped for that in the interview process
