Pros

I really like my current recruiter, Kristen Forner. She kept checking on me to see if I like my current assignment and if there were anything AB staffing can do to help with my experience. She is very thorough and has very good communication in general. Ive worked with them for a year now (5 assignments so far) and I dont plan to stop.

Cons

AB staffing needs to improve on tax documentation and payroll. They messed up my tax documents. They fixed it quickly when I told them to but it was already too late. Please have a better communicate with your nurses in term of filing tax paperwork before sign up with your nurses.

As a travel nurse , you may not be eligible for PTO which is applicable to other agencies as well.

Great place to work. Lots of work but that goes for any sales job. Worth it in commission! Also great benefits.

Cons

Learning to balance life and work - once you figure it out it is great.
