8yThank you for your review. We take employee feedback very seriously and appreciate learning ways that we can better our business. Maintaining a positive company culture is a continuous effort and we are always looking for ways to improve. Recruitment and high-pressure Sales jobs can be stressful at times and with that comes high expectations. We have been working hard to improve our recruiter experience by giving consistent feedback and being clear about weekly and monthly sales goals. We have also instituted a Recruiter mentorship program that pairs new recruiters with senior recruiters during their first year to help them be successful.
