      Pros

      This company has taught me how a team/company really does care and treat their employees like family. I recently went through a life changing event. ABStaffing went above and beyond to make sure I was ok in every way they could! I love that leadership is always looking for innovative ideas to set us apart and keep us a head in a very competitive market. The potential is unlimited on what you can bring home! I can't say it enough but the leadership is beyond amazing!

      I honestly do not have any. It is a job that does require some extra hours here and there but it always pays off!

      Pros

      I am currently working and have worked for AB Staffing for 3 years. As a salesman, you will not find a better environment to work in. AB Staffing offers uncapped commission plans, full benefits are paid for and provided for each employee. They work with you when your production is down and give you realistic goals. There are friendly competitions, quarterly between recruiters, where the winner receives an all expenses paid trip to places like San Francisco and Cancun. The growth AB Staffing has had during my tenure with the company has been amazing to be apart of. The company’s development recently has led to ownership now building a brand new office in a great location in the southeast valley. Leadership really takes the time to get to know each employee personally. Due to unforeseen reasons, I had to relocate to the Midwest. AB Staffing’s management allowed me to continue my employment remotely. I would highly recommend this organization to any sales person that wants to be rewarded for their own hard work.

      Cons

      None that I can think of. Yes, there will be sporadic long days in the office, but where else can you make 100k in the valley and only work 8 hour days?? Nowhere. Putting in occasional 10 hour days are standard in sales positions with that type of earning potential.

      Great uncapped commission plan, healthcare for the employee is paid by the company, career opportunities. well put together training plan, company is growing with lots of openings for candidates to get jobs. Compensation plans for candidates that work as a contract for AB Staffing is paid some of the highest pay out there!

      Cons

      family owned business and all management is family. M-Saturday job that is anywhere from 10-12 hours per day expected to work. management constantly watches every move and constructive feedback was not given you were talk down too
