      Pros

      Safety is of the utmost importance. Core values are lived by all levels of management and expected from every employee. Opportunity to grow is available. All individuals are empowered to affect change. A true family atmosphere.

      Cons

      Still figuring out who we are as a company since the acquistion of additional territory. High turnover in labor intensive jobs. Focused on keeping up with other bottlers in the Coca-Cola system instead of doing what makes sense for ACCB.

      Pros

      ACCB is a great place to work. You have the stability and opportunities of a large company with the culture and values of a family owned business. It is the best of both worlds. One of the best places that I have ever worked.

      Cons

      The company has experience significant growth in the past two year which has caused some challenges that are to be expected but, we are constantly improving.
