Pros

Great place to work if your not looking to promote. Pay is very good. Offer one day work from home (depends on dept.)

Cons

Company went through several layoffs. More concerned with the bottom line. Not interested in investing in quality training. Forced vacation at end of year because of company shut-down. People scared to do knowledge transfer, work as a team.
