Pros

- global player with a very broad product and tech portfolio for industrial automation, motion, electrification and robotics - many opportunities to explore other business units / divisions as well as working abroad during the trainee program - a lot of collaboration with other business units - great team spirit and cohesion in many teams I worked with - great support to get further education / trainings on relevant topics, e.g. leadership

Cons

- area of responsibility is often limited as many decision makers are involved - processes are slow, innovation & change take time and are often hampered by legacy systems, hierarchy, etc.
