- Friendly company culture, people are generally very supportive - People Leadership is quite mature and well trained in leading people - Product Leadership is technically savvy and at a very advanced level

Cons

- At times, politics takes over business benefits and core values - Since the organization is so large, getting even small things done takes a lot of time and could be quite frustrating at times - IT systems are dysfunctional, leading to a lot of wasted time and effort
