      Not much to be positive about. Vacation is o.k.

      Cons

      Poor U.S. management, even after the old guy was forced into retirement and his buddy was pushed out of the company, GI sales manager is clueless. Automotive manager is someone nobody wants to work for. They don't respect employees.

      Great people work at this location. The structure of the company is professional, and they take good financial care of their employees.

      Cons

      Lots of layers of leadership and once the levels leave the building, the leadership becomes disconnected and solely focused on the numbers. Numbers are important, but in this business, lopping off the wrong experience to make the numbers work is far more detrimental than a short term loss. EBITA before all. Make the numbers or find a way to make the numbers. No other options.
