Conditions for interns are amazing (salary, independance)

Cons

Work might be repetitive. Not a lot of responsibility is given to interns (even when they are 1 year to become their engineer degree).

- Steady work - Generally good atmosphere - Reliable company - Decent wages

Cons

- Our small division was always at the bottom of any priority list, subsequently we constantly had issues getting development, retaining staff (I personally had 3 managers in 3 years) - No corporate direction if you're not running projects in the 100s of millions - Way too spread out (in Calgary, there's 5 or more offices)
