      Pros

      I worked as an intern at the Corporate Research Centre in Daettwil, supervised by a senior research engineer. The engineers were innovative and knowledgeable. The environment was friendly and relaxed.

      Cons

      The work at the Research Centre at times felt disconnected from the needs of the Business Unit. However, as an intern I had minimal contact with employees outside the RC, so my impression may be skewed.
