Pros
If someone would like to gather multinational experience, ABB is a good fit. The benefit packages are good (but it varies in divisions). They have goals for good work ethics.
Cons
Below the avarage salaries, different functional teams/divisions are too separated - communication is bad among them. Too much pressure from abroad on the local leaders, and those from other countries and with bigger chairs don't really look at the little details, they only have the big dreamy visions. But hey, it's a multi.
