Work environment is good. lots of opportunities for inhouse learning & site experience . Flexible timing True MNC

Cons

Due to back office culture support, direct customer interaction is less . Fewer job rotation. Use of Local language

Pros

- Flexible working hours - Good work Life Balance - Employee friendly HR policies - Global Working Culture - Flexibility to learn

Cons

- Work is not shared equally among people. - ABB Chennai will be totally different from other ABB locations. Better to avoid if offered in Chennai. - If one is in the learning phase, the scope is very less. The company is so flexible and the rate of learning becomes slow. - Support from Technical Support teams will not be as great as compared to competitors. - Take home salary will be very less.
