      Pros

      Used to be a wonderful place to work. Used to have a family atmosphere.

      Cons

      I'd give this one star review if for no other reason that they're paying overseas contractors to post fake reviews here. But they stopped listening to their employees a long time ago. The pay isn't competitive. They spend millions while telling employees they can't afford to keep up with inflation. If you quit, they'll entice you to stay by offering you a new job title with more responsibilities, and no pay increase. When you refuse you'll get put on a no-hire list. Huge mass exodus of long-time employees recently. They outsourced entire departments in the last few years. Owned by investment capital interested only in squeezing value out of the company to eventually sell. Extremely poor work life balance. You'll be expected to work nights and weekends with no compensation and no plan to make anything better. Leadership deals primarily in blame.

      A Great Company Sliding Down Hill

      Pros

      *Decent pay, remote work for many departments, good benefits *Hard to get fired - which is also a con as you will see *Remote work! Remoet!

      Cons

      -Hard to get fired. People stay on far longer than they are any use whatsoever. -Company now ran by Venture Capitalists, previously privately held. Atmosphere has shifted to a far more corporate feel and does not feel "personal" any longer. -Pay is not increasing to match inflation, resulting in net loss of pay year to year.

      - huge growth potential for mid- to high-level paying jobs - chance for moving to TX, if that's what you want

      Cons

      - upper management out of touch with mid- and lower-level employees - compensation stagnant unless you want to move to TX - rampant mismanagement of mid-level, dedicated employees
