Pros

ABC is a unique company that offers lots of room for growth for the right candidates. We have a full benefit package that is very robust in it offerings. Our culture is one of great customer service for internal and external customers.

Cons

As with all companies, none are perfect. ABC strives to improve culture, customer service, training, and communications. At times, the communications between departments are lacking. However, I am noticing that this is being worked on to improve the communications between departments to ensure we are all working on the same page.

At ABC Financial, you truly feel part of a team. In my role, I fully understand what is expected of me and if I do have questions I have a great support system in place to help me at any time. ABC Financial also allows you to grow within the company by offering several different classes throughout the year to continue and grow your knowledge of the company and industry.
