Pros

Excellent people to work with from my immediate co-workers all the way to the management team. They do everything they can to help the employees to be successful in their role. Ability to grow with the company as well.

Cons

Many moving parts and a lot to learn. Not necessarily a con but people could easily become overwhelmed. The good news, co-workers have already been through the growing pains and are willing to assist!

ABC if a very fast-paced, always changing, client-centric company that lives and breathes customer service. ABC believes in its Vision.

Cons

Because of the fast-paced environment it can be stressful and little time for recognition of a job well-done before moving on to something else.

Pros

There is so much opportunity for position changes. You are given the ability to develop in your career and learn about each facet of ABC Financial. You are able to create your own career path and create the structure you need to ensure success. ABC tries extremely hard to be accommodating to all employees and to elicit a feeling of belonging, even to remote employees.

Cons

There are changes that occur frequently because the business is growing exponentially with the industry. As such, sometimes information dissemination can be delayed or misrouted.
