Not too bad for Work at Home

Can grow fast if you stay focused and adhere to very strict policy's and procedures Give raises and advances within months of working there Work from home Lots of PTO after first 90 days

Cons

Very difficult customers that complain a lot. Can become irate a lot of the times dealing with lots of miscommunication between gym membership owners/staff/ and their members. It causes a Very stressful environment very strict schedule adherence, high turnover due to this not flexible at all with attendance.

Decent pay for call center job, expectations are clearly laid out. Management has been clear and consistent with coaching. Bonus opportunity, monthly incentives on top of bonus. Daily feedback from management in addition to lots of affirmations and praise when it's due

Cons

Working from home gets monotonous with the same "angry" callers it can be hard to maintain positivity. The PTO/time off takes some getting used to. The assistance needed on calls can take a while when reaching out to Sr agents. Unprofessional training experience, trainer was easily distracted and the training lacked hands on opportunities

Pros

I have been with ABC going on a year, and I can say that I have never worked for a better company. They truly care about the client and the employees. The job is as stressful as you make it. Every job has it's ups and downs, but ABC truly wants to help everyone. Training, PTO, healthcare, and etc. I work as an at home tech support, and it has been the most rewarding job. My manager is amazing, and they only want to see you grow.

Cons

Honestly, I can't really think of anything bad about working at ABC. Some people can't take talking to 20 different people in one day or dealing with a fast work environment, but I love it.
