Being able to work remotely, good vacation time, lucky to have a really good supervisor.

Cons

Lack of communication between departments, hard to balance work/life, extremely stressful at times.

Moving up is easy, sticking around is hard.

Pros

If you excel at what you do, people will notice and as long as you express interest in moving up, there is a large chance you will move up.

Cons

when management shuffles, there is almost always a "house cleaning" and there isn't always a good reason surrounding it. They never seem to need a very clear cut reason for letting people go.
