Pros

LOTS of growth potential, awesome people, interesting industry, AMAZING HR Team, and a fun place to work. ABC pays competitively when you are hired on.

Cons

ABC is a very high stress environment. It is currently in the process exponential growth, and has been in this process for some time. Most successful people at ABC LIVE the job, and one must expect to be this way if going into management. That being said, the burden of that stress will trickle down from the top. The culture of ABC is extremely fast paced, and in many areas you will find yourself always behind. Management is hit or miss as well. Prepared to be micromanaged if working in any client facing role.

Pros

Decent pay, benefits, work from home

Cons

Micromanagement! Understandably, having remote agents, a company has to ensure their agents are actually working. However, there has to be some level of trust in the employees hired. New hires need more support and less micromanagement. The high demands to do the job efficiently and thoroughly are hard to attain due to lack of time. Notating the entire call, ensuring you're following the procedures set forth by clients, and providing the BEST service is hardly attainable to do within the company's goal of 5 min per call and 10-45 seconds aftercall/follow up. It's incredibly difficult to complete any follow ups, therefore I have resulted to working before and after my shift, on my breaks, and lunch; which I do because I gave my word that I would follow up with a member. It is also frustrating to be trained one way and told many other ways throughout each day.

Toxic leadership. Some great people!

Pros

A lot of the people working at ABC Financial are talented, hard-working, good people. There are not a lot of better software development companies in Little Rock. The company provides good opportunities to start at an entry level position and make a career, even in a different field than what you started in. Just be careful where that career takes you, and what it makes you!

Cons

The place is probably run like Trump's companies. The CEO enjoys seeing people fight, and setting people up for conflict, failure, or anxiety. He used to be directly abusive, but he's reined that in a bit. Still, he promotes the most toxic, evil people in the company into leadership positions, and rewards them for hateful behavior. If you are in a leadership position, and you are not toxic, you won't last long. There is no professionalism at the management level - yell and fight, or you are out. I had a good manager, but he went quick.
