Cons

Sometimes being challenged to be your best you is rough, but I've found that in the end it's worth it.

Family atmosphere, quality leadership. Consistent, engaging tasks. Excellent benefirs and ample room for advancement.

Cons

Strict but fair attendance policy, recent extremely high call volume. Benefits pricey but worth it with wellness program.

Pros

Great opportunities for growth within the company. ABC Financial is truly like a family. I have been employed with ABC for almost 3 years. I have never felt as though I did not have the tools and resources needed to do my job to the best of my ability. They honestly care about their employees, this is the best company I have ever worked for! You must be a person who is use to change. Things change all of the time but it is always for the best business interest. Great benefits, PTO, 401K and Pay.

Cons

I honestly feel that the PTO approval policy within Operations could be improved to be more flexible for unexpected situations. There are so many employees that resign or are terminated due to attendance issues and some of those honestly couldn't be avoid.
