      Unrealistic expectations!!!!!!

      I enjoyed the trainers. And my classmates.

      Cons

      Terrible management , terminated after taking calls on my 7th day taking calls. Not realistic, management expects you to memorized everything in the manual and study like you were in school.

      Pros

      Non strict office arrangement, ability to befriend and become a part of a team of like-minded individuals.

      Cons

      Top down communication changes/ leaves you in the dark. Decisions can be made for mysterious reasons and your time there is constantly at risk of being cut short.
