Love the company, love the fact that I can choose my schedule through shift bids.

Cons

I work hard to save my vacation, and I dont call in sick. however there is a policy that you can take only 5 days vacation at once? What if you are going on a 12 day cruise? or out of the country? are you supposed to come back? or are you expected to call in sick?

Pros

Great place to work, above average salary for work at home postion good benefits, bonus incentives. Felt like it was growth opportunity there. Great hours I had a split shift, off in the weekends and OT when available.

Cons

The only downside is that's I wish somebody would have cared enough to see that I really did have a personal issues going on in my life. Due to close family member possibly getting federal time and then think of committing suicude. I was doing GREAT at my 90 day mark then all of a sudden my performance declined due to depression. I mean Iiterally was crying while taking calls; even called my sup crying. But not one person asked me what's going on, I emailed my team lead and sup nobody even responded back. Caught me off guard because I though I was gonna become apart of a family. I would love the opportunity to work for them again I would just understand that it's a business and not a family per say. I was really ready to put in the work to move up in the company.

Work from home - they provide computer/equipment, VOIP (no landline needed) decent rate of pay, excellent monthly bonuses if criteria are met such as talk time, QA score & schedule adherence. Management are very helpful & encouraging. Weekly team meetings to keep us up to date of any changes. End of year bonus per year employed - $100. 1st year, $200. 2nd yr etc, once 6th year bonus doubles - $1200. 6th year, $1400 7th year etc. Free membership to 10 Fitness with buddy plan. No weekends, shifts range between 7am-9pm Shift bids per stats of bonus criteria. Medical benefits are great, wellness program helps reduce cost. PTO accrual.

Cons

Need to have excellent internet service, must meet upload/download speed. But as to working at ABC Financial there is nothing negative I can say about them, they are an excellent company to work for.
