ABC relies heavily on team members to be hardworking, committed, focused on creating raving fans, and willing to consistently improve daily. The reality of ABC’s environment is that those who give 110% and are committed to excellence in customer service grow with ABC. It’s disappointing to hear that your perception was not the same. ABC is not meant for everyone, the expectations of our team are much higher than most companies. ABC has had one layoff in its history, that was July 2015.       Pros

      The company pays well and has good benefits. Co-workers are very friendly and the dress code is very relaxed.

      Cons

      CEO/Management is very disrespectful and would belittle employees. No professionalism. Turnover is high-either your let go because the company vision has changed or your looking elsewhere. If your not an expert coming in your role DO NOT WORK FOR ABC. You can communicate you are looking for growth and entry level position coming in but they will not train you one bit on the Ecosystem of the infrastructure and company. It's self learning and expected to be on expert level in a month. You only get promoted on the buddy system in this environment. Private company so they do what the want.

We value each team member, yet we do expect a lot from all of our people. We never intend to belittle anyone and I am sorry that it felt like that for you. We do push our people to be their best on a daily basis.       Team atmosphere dedicated to customer service. Solid benefits package.

      Cons

      Company is split between those that have been around and newer employees. Too many internal cliques.
