      Pros

      Paid training, advancement opportunities, decent pay, great resources provided to employees who work on campus!!

      Cons

      Regarding advancement opportunities- Stay on campus if you have any interest in advancement or switching to a new position, because once you start working from home (if possible), you are out of sight and out of mind, unless you mess up, they will notice that!

      Fantastic Company, but bring your A+ game

      Pros

      Great company, great benefits - they *care* about their employees and their clients. If you go in with an attitude of giving the best service possible to the customer, you'll do great. They compensate well, plenty of OT opportunities (mandatory and otherwise) and rapid advancement if you want it.

      Cons

      Very knowledge intensive, constantly changing knowledge base. You *must* keep yourself up to date in several proprietary systems. No one person knows 100% of the systems, it changes so rapidly/constantly. They have a hard time getting their tech support call queues under control - they're either too busy or too slow, because the call volume/quality is intermittent and somewhat random, not their fault.

      Pros

      You can advance career by building relationships with the 'right' people.

      Cons

      The company doesn't care much for it's employees. They get rid of people like disposing of used clothes. People are always a means too an end, the bottom line, never a valued resource. Your performance it's not what determines your success, instead it is who you have build a relationship with.
