      I used to love this company

      Pros

      The company offers awesome benefits. The pay is above average. I was the first employee to work from home in a different state.

      Cons

      I didn't feel like I could talk to the managers, they didn't value my opinions. I did a wonderful job for the Anytime Fitness organization but got absolutely no appreciation or recognition for my hard work. I had a hard job that I made look easy!

      Work from home. No commute.

      Cons

      No time off. Takes a long time to build pto so in case of emergency, receive a point or occurrence.

      Thank you for taking the time to give us feedback. Our attendance policy is stringent due to our level of service to our clients and their members. We have been working at other options to make sure that service stays at the highest level, while still giving some flexibility around the attendance policy. Unfortunately we are not there yet.       Pros

      Work From Home. Even though it's a work fro home position, the staff really makes you feel as if you are part of a team. Great Benefits The Entire ABC Family was very nice and very helpful. The true definition

      Cons

      Can't think of any. Ok Maybe one. I never called out and was always on time. I called out one time and Paul made me sicker than, I already was. He was very frustrated and you could tell it in his voice. I was sick and at the point upset as well.
