      Excellent place to work for anyone who is 100% customer focused

      Pros

      ABC is full of very passionate and clever people who all are driven to deliver excellent customer satisfaction. They like to have fun and celebrate business success. There are many opportunities for advancement for those who can create customers who are raving fans. People are open and honest and this helps everyone get better each day.

      Cons

      none that I can think of. ABC is a face passed environment and the pace does not suit everyone. Be prepared to work hard, contribute and then you can do very well in ABC.

      Pros

      I love the high paced, high impact, customer focused atmosphere. ABC places it highest value on customer satisfaction and their number one goal is to create raving fans. I don't feel like just a number at this company. Our department treats it's associates like we are all one big family. I look forward to walking through the doors every morning.

      Cons

      Maternity benefits are not as good as they are at the last company I worked for.

      "Training is outrageous"

      Pros

      Good pay working from home, benefits, they provide the equipment, diverse, all about change, and my classmates seemed friendly.

      Cons

      Training is ridiculously outrageous!! It's a lot of information they want you to have in a short time, with NO exceptions!!!!! You only get one chance on your exam, you have four to take, one each week for five weeks, and the score is 85%-90%!!! if you fail, which is below the grade I just posted, you are FIRED, after two test out of the four!! They take roll call, if you miss, you are FIRED!!! If your system is down, and you can't get proof, you are FIRED!!! It's all great when you enter the door, but let there be a mistake, or you fail, nobody has your back!!! And you can't get help from anyone, but your loving classmates, and at first MGMT stopped that, the supervisors and trainers definitely won't do it!!

      Thank you so much for your feedback. Our commitment to creating "Raving Fans" does require the highest level of commitment from all our team members. We have found that the 5 week training program is necessary to get our new team members up and running. There is a tremendous amount to learn, and we do try to make that clear during the interview process. We have extremely high expectations of everyone joining the team. Our attendance policy is necessary to keep our level of service at it's best. I will look into our interviewing process to determine where this was missed. It is an expectation from day one, and I do want to make sure that we are clearly stating that from day one. I am so sorry that you never felt that there were people here to help. The HR team, Learning and Training Team,. and IT Team are all here for our team members. We do have work to do, and I do appreciate you taking the time to give us your feedback.
