Pros

Higher rate of pay than average, weekends and holidays off, company-provided equipment, hour lunch break.

Cons

Very limited room for mistakes, very specific internet requirements. Even it makes no sense at all to make a particular offer to a customer, to not do so will get you written up, or worse.

I have been with the company for several years and I could not imagine working anywhere else. ABC is a company that recognizes and rewards hard work and talent and is willing to invest in employee development. Our atmosphere is fast paced and challenging, yet employees are surrounded by support and encouragement. We are a company that believes change and innovation are necessary in continuing to meet the needs of our clients. At ABC your voice is heard and your opinion counts! If you are a hard worker looking for a place to share your talent in a growing, stable company, then ABC is the place for you. I am thankful to be part of such an amazing organization with such a strong family feel.

Cons

If you are someone who does not like change, ABC would not be a good fit. We are always changing, searching for improved processes and better solutions!
