It was a pretty cool place to work. My supervisor and lead were great and very understanding.Even though I worked from home, during our weekly huddle I felt like I was a part of a team.

Cons

When I worked for abc and I needed to call out do to medical reasons (I had FMLA).Ren and Andy would understand, but Paul made me feel even worst. He was very cold hearted and wasn't understanding at all. If it wasn't for him, I wouldn't have quit.

Paid training, M-F weekends off, $10.50 for work at home is good compared to other companies, interview is easy and they ship you all equipment you need

Cons

Poor training, lack of ongoing support, ask questions and people will ignore you or are rude, at this company every question is a stupid question

There are no pros to working for this company. The HR director and many in upper management are extremely biased and have a few favorites that can do no wrong. If you're not in their clique, then you will not last long. Don't bother applying here...

Cons

Pay rate low; very political; ridiculous attendance procedures and supervisors and leads are very biased. This company has become one of the worst companies to ever work for.
