Pros

Good pay for the area and state, with decently good benefits. Work with newer equipment as it is a software company.

Cons

NEPOTISM!!!! If you do not suck or to the supervisors or you aren't goody good and best friends with them, you will NOT move up and they will ruin your career.

An expectation that does exist for all team members is the passion to work with everyone. A key goal are the soft skills of each team member. Pros

This company was close to home. This company uses some advanced technology, integrating Skype for Business with their phone system, instant messenger. They offer health insurance to full time employees.

Cons

They micromanage employees to death. There is an extreme amount of tension on any given day. They have a very high turn-over rate. There's a lot of abuse of employees, screaming and yelling at employees that is completely unnecessary. The pay is less than most competitors.
