      Pros

      You receive paid training, get to work from home, decent pay

      Cons

      They have outdated programs with outdated equipment for WAH agents. They do not trust the WAH employees and are too rigid with adherence. Most of the agents have worked from home previously so they are already self-disciplined, The expectation from new agents is too high. They need better trainers and also need The agents do not feel like their supervisors support them and that makes the agent less likely to honestly express their opinion. They sacrifice their agents peace of mind and belief in themselves always saying they want the best costumer service available.

      "Great Job; wish I had a second chance "

      Pros

      Great place to work, above average salary for work at home postion good benefits, bonus incentives. Felt like it was growth opportunity there. Great hours I had a split shift, off in the weekends and OT when available.

      Cons

      The only downside is that's I wish somebody would have cared enough to see that I really did have a personal issues going on in my life. Due to close family member possibly getting federal time and then think of committing suicude. I was doing GREAT at my 90 day mark then all of a sudden my performance declined due to depression. I mean Iiterally was crying while taking calls; even called my sup crying. But not one person asked me what's going on, I emailed my team lead and sup nobody even responded back. Caught me off guard because I though I was gonna become apart of a family. I would love the opportunity to work for them again I would just understand that it's a business and not a family per say. I was really ready to put in the work to move up in the company.

      Quite an Experience

      Pros

      Great opportunity, good benefits, resume builder, relatively good compensation, great lower managment

      Cons

      constant fear of losing job, constant changes, unfair promotions, internal fighting, fraternization between upper management and entry level employees
