Pros

You can smoke literally whenever you want. Weed or cigarettes etc. You'll never pass the poverty line with their pay rate so you'll still get your EBT food stamps or whatever lol.

Cons

Micromanaging, nepotism, you will NEVER get a bonus, raise, or shown appreciation. If hired(I honestly hope you don't even waste your precious time) Most people make minimum wage so they don't care about the job. NOT a professional environment, VERY ghetto, & lets not even grt started on the harassment, sexual etc. ONLY good for people on welfare or ex-cons. You will NOT grow with the company & Medi Falsafi the "CEO" has NEVER ONCE acknowledged the workers to show ANY appreciation. NOT EVEN a "hello guys, thank you for your diligence." NOTHING! SO HAPPY I made it out of there before I wasted MORE years of my life!

management is absolutely unprofessional and irrational. Even if you are a manager you will not be able to make a decision, all is up to CEO
