Thank you for taking the time to provide a review. We value your input. All of our employees are encouraged to raise concerns to HR, in fact there are several recent initiatives to solicit and act on important feedback. As examples, we are in process of rolling out a company-wide annual performance review process, have recently conducted a benefits survey and are conducting webinars to enable employees to maximize use of their benefits and have provided a forum where employees can discuss opportunities for improvement as well as best practices.
