      Pros

      Employees are hard working and kind.

      Cons

      Upper management just executes decisions by the CEO because they don't want to say no to him. The CEO is euphemistically described as "passionate," which is code for he yells at people a lot - he insults, berates and belittles them. This isn't rumor, I heard it myself (and to some extent experienced it) day after day. Pay and benefits were terrible. When I was there, they didn't have sick leave, just general PTO - which could be fine, but they only offered 2 weeks of PTO, rather than the standard 2 weeks vacation PLUS sick leave. So if you need to stay home to take care of a sick child, you have to take PTO (working at home was strictly prohibited). The company does not contribute to 401k. Health insurance is very expensive.

      Good company to work for

      Pros

      I have enjoyed the past few years working for ABC Imaging. I have a supervisor who is fair and understanding, but he will set me straight when I need that reminder. I enjoy taking care of clients and their needs as well as being a resource to them when job needs to be sent out to be worked on.

      Cons

      I really don’t have much negative to say, except for there’s not a lot of room for advancement. I also feel sometimes that giving suggestions falls on deaf ears.

      Great In House Print Company to Work for

      Facilities manager

      Pros

      Steady corporate hours. Competitive salary. Great avenue for people that are getting away from retail printing. Only worker on site which makes working and meeting deadlines manageable.

      Cons

      Benefits are not the best but are a couple of step above what most companies offer.
