Management ignores you so your pretty much allowed to make your tasks work

Cons

Management beyond the regional level is a complete joke. instead of promoting good and talented staff the upper management hires idiots who have no clue how the business is handled but tout the alphabet soup after their names. Used car salesmen making all kinds of promises we can never keep, then blame local production staff as the scapegoat.

No current direction, nobody knows who is at the wheel. Company is run by one person, and it appears that is the way they want it. Way to much turn over!
