      Pros

      ABC Supply is a very large company, but local management is able to make or break your work experience. I am lucky enough to work for a great management team that takes care of its employees as much as its customers. Benefits are above average, pay is above average, and it is an enjoyable work environment

      Cons

      The work is hard. You need to be in decent to good shape to be able to load shingles onto roof tops day in and day out. It is also a bit intimidating as heights and steep roofs are consistently encountered.

      Good place to work if you don't worry about raises or yearly income.good branch level management. You get 30 minutes for lunch

      Little to no pay increases below management level.below pay standards for same jobs at competing companys in the same industry.broken or beat up equipment , managers afraid to fix or worried about their bottom line making ABC one of the worst truck safety violation standard according DOT 2015 .subpar benefits package in the industry.ABC is a above the neck company meaning all bonuses all perks are given to branch managers and above.drivers , helpers, inside sales, are paid below industry standard. It doesn't take long for employees to understand the system and leave the company which makes them the leader in employee turnover rate in this industry
