      Lot's of room for upward growth for motivated individuals. Great atmosphere for employees and I appreciate the company's culture and values.

      Pay could be a little bit higher and inside sales could receive commissions.

      A Great Company with a Family Atmosphere

      Pros

      The leadership cares about the employees and does a lot of nice things to keep employee satisfaction up. People care about each other and many long-term friendships develop which contributes to a family-like atmosphere. The people here are very dedicated and hard working for the most part.

      Cons

      Certain managers are allowed to get away with using an intimidation-based, rather than respect- based, management style. This is not true for the majority of managers, but it is tolerated in some cases where the manager produces results.
