      Great benefits good safety bonuses if the DSM decides to give it to you or if the manager does not steal it from you

      Absolutely terrible management they do not care about their team members or their families they only care about the higher ups

      Pros

      Steady work, keeps you busy throughout the day; constant overtime. Love to meet new contractors, and be a part of something bigger than just the company itself. Mangement treats employees fairly.

      Cons

      Underpaid; for the amount of work that is performed, we should receive much better compensation than what we currently receive. Also should be commission based, per bundle of our main product sold. Equipment constantly needs repair.
