Pros

One of the most flexible workspaces when it comes to leaving work because of emergencies, appointments, or life as long as you make up your hours at the end of the week.

Cons

The favoritism and blatant racism are evident in every level of management from Team lead to CEO. The pettiness of men is astounding as is the level of gossip in the workplace. Unless you are a Yessir/ No sir type of person who places blame at line staff when things go wrong be prepared to be disliked by management.

Pros

Great easy going atmosphere on the shop floor, working with very talented guys who will teach you allot, building some awesome bio pharmecuetical equipment, very detail oriented which I enjoy

Cons

Terrible management, few in high positions abuse power and are destroying the company, one often degrades employees in front of others and going to hr for help is a joke, no pay grade, no opportunity for a advancement, also company is very short on work with little in the horizon employees are worried about the future

Bonuses received and some of the people. Vacation is decent. Some people are friendly. That's about all the pros there are

Pay is poor, management is poor , HR is poor, higher ups are unprofessional towards employees,treat them poorly, and no communication between the departments. People take their time providing an update..... No time management. RUN NOW!!!!
